OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Athlanti. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Athlanti.

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY

By using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS

Athlanti offers digitally hand-crafted art prints, and may in the future offer original acrylic works on canvas.

  • All products are sold as presented on the website
  • We do not offer customizations or made-to-order changes
  • What you see is what you receive

Limited Editions

Some artworks are presented as limited editions (typically up to 50 units).
However, Athlanti does not guarantee strict limitation and reserves the right to produce additional units at its discretion.

Product Appearance Disclaimer

Due to the nature of art and printing:

  • Colors may vary between screens and printed materials
  • Texture, paper, and finish may differ
  • Minor variations may occur

We do not guarantee exact visual accuracy between the website and the delivered product.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance.

  • Once an order is placed and processed, it is final
  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified after confirmation

Athlanti reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

SECTION 4 – PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • Prices may change at any time without notice
  • Prices do not include:
    • Taxes
    • Customs duties
    • Import fees

The customer is fully responsible for all additional charges required by their country.

SECTION 5 –
NON DELIVERY, DISPUTE RESOLUTION & LIABILITY

Athlanti is committed to fulfilling all confirmed orders. In the event that a product is not delivered due to an issue directly attributable to Athlanti (and not due to external factors such as shipping carriers, customs delays, or incorrect customer information), the customer may be eligible for a resolution.

If a customer claims non-delivery:

The customer must contact us at athlanti@gmail.com with full order details.
Athlanti will investigate the case, including tracking data and shipping confirmation.

If it is determined that the product was not delivered due to Athlanti’s responsibility, Athlanti will, at its sole discretion:

Reship the product at no additional cost
or
Issue a full refund

For cases involving disputes, chargebacks, or payment claims:

Athlanti reserves the right to provide all relevant documentation, including proof of shipment, tracking information, and customer communication, to the payment provider.
Customers agree to attempt to resolve any issue directly with Athlanti before initiating a chargeback or dispute.

Athlanti is not responsible for failed delivery caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer  
Failure to collect the package from the carrier  
Customs-related issues or refusal to pay import duties  

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Use of products purchased from Athlanti is at the customer's own risk.

Athlanti and/or anyone acting on its behalf shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of any product purchased through the website.

Athlanti does not guarantee that the use of its products will meet the customer’s expectations or achieve any specific results.

The customer is solely responsible for the use of the products and for ensuring that such use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athlanti disclaims all liability for any damage or loss arising from the use of the website, services, or products.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING

We ship worldwide.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • International: 15–20 business days
  • Israel: 7–10 business days
  • A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

Athlanti is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs clearance
  • External factors beyond our control

Customs & Import Duties

All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the full responsibility of the customer.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

All purchases are considered final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Damaged Items Exception

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos and order details

Each case will be reviewed individually.

If approved, Athlanti may:

  • Replace the item
    or
  • Offer a partial or full refund at its discretion
