OVERVIEW
All purchases made on Athlanti are considered final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email: athlanti@gmail.com
- Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Each case will be reviewed individually.
If approved, we may:
- Replace the item
or - Offer a partial or full refund (at our discretion)
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size expectations
- Differences in color or texture
- Delays caused by shipping or customs
IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT ARTWORK
Due to the nature of art prints:
- Colors may vary slightly from screen to print
- Texture and materials may differ
- Each piece may have slight variations
These are not considered defects.
EU CUSTOMERS (14-DAY RULE)
If you are located in the European Union:
You may have the legal right to cancel within 14 days.
However, this applies only if:
- The item has not been used
- It remains in original condition
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Refunds are issued only if a claim is approved.
If approved:
- Refund will be processed within 10 business days
- Original payment method will be used
